Unity Search has been engaged by growing Dallas Private Equity firm in its search for an Assistant Controller. This role will report directly to the Controller and will have a variety of different responsibilities including but not limited to: fund administration (and working with their 3rd party admin), internal and external reporting, cash analysis and planning, investor relations, special projects, etc. The ideal candidate for this role would have 6+ years of relevant experience in private equity/investment fund accounting via either public accounting, fund administration, and/or industry fund accounting; CPA required. This role will have a lot of visibility and ability to make an impact! Salary for this role will depend on experience but will probably fall in the $120K to $140K range + Bonus.
