- Manage the company’s SEC reporting function
- Assist with the review of audit schedules
- Partner with business functions to assist with evaluation of transactions and provide advice regarding accounting implications
Requirements:
- 8-15 years’ experience
- Public accounting foundation, SEC Reporting/Technical Accounting experience is required
- CPA
- Strong working knowledge of technical accounting
