Unity Search has partnered with a successful and fast-growing real estate developer in Central Dallas in its search for an Assistant Controller, Financial Reporting. This company offers a very good work/life balance and great benefits including gym membership reimbursement, 401K match, company contribution, etc. This position is responsible for managing financial reporting and analysis and internal control activity in Corporate Services Accounting. Requirements include an accounting (or related business) degree and 8-10+ years’ strong industry experience, specifically real estate, oil and gas, financial services, and hedge fund backgrounds. Additionally, this person must have a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management skills along with strong verbal and written communication. Salary for this role will depend on experience but will roughly be in the $130K - $145k range plus strong bonus.
